Tiers are cumulative: the unit price comes down as you grow.

Named users on Citrix, AVD, Horizon, RAS, Windows 365, WorkSpaces or Kasm, or desktops running the User Agent.
Hypervisor hosts, server VMs, Kubernetes nodes, storage arrays, backup repositories, network devices.
